The work Everest Consulting Group has performed for us in the area of Lean Assessment and leadership during a kaizen event have more than met our expectations.
The Lean Assessment was very useful in providing a clear picture of what needs to be done in terms of organization and process to achieve our lean goals. It was not a document filled with we wanted to hear but practical information we can act upon.
John Beane’s preparation and leadership skills during the kaizen event provided an excellent model for our internal staff as to how to lead a successful event.
