· WIP reduced by 73%, floor space by 50%, setup time by 85%, and lead time from 23 to 10 days.

· 5S, standard work, and visual scheduling established in welding, all of which produced substantial improvements in lead-time and quality.

· We’ve met our goals in the purchasing to A/P process of twenty-four hours dock-to-stock and 50% reduction in exceptions. We have also been pleased with the results of your work with us on the customer order to A/R process.
