You helped us develop our supervisor’s people-building skills, and really moved the plant in the direction of working in business units, which has given our people responsibility for completing products from start to finish. We now have a structure to assign ownership and responsibility for projects to employees rather than being dependent on engineering and maintenance for all improvement and problem-solving.
