Mark is a frequent speaker at industry association conferences and is always one of the highest rated speakers based on attendee feedback. Mark is a trained educator and recently received Six Sigma Black Belt certification. He attributes his success to being able to relate and communicate with all levels of an organization to translate objectives into action plans that deliver.

Michael Regan holds an MBA from the University of Rochester and is a major contributor to Everest Consulting Group’s books, The Journey To Teams and The Kaizen Revolution. Michael previously held management positions at Eastman Kodak Company and Ernst & Young LLP.
